Registration Fee

1. Author registration: 375USD(<6 pages), IEEE Menber or Student: 350USD

2. Camera-ready versions of accepted papers exceeding five (6) pages will be allowed pending payment of overlength charges, 50USD for each page.

3. Conference Attendee/Listener:150USD

For Student Authors/Attendees

Students from overseas will get subsidized accommodation either in the college campus (hostel) or at the designated accommodation in place. Approx. (~50 participants sharing basis) available on first-come first-serve basis.

The registration fee, includes:

 

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Conference Kit
  • Program Book
  • Conference e-Proceedings in USB Thumb Drive
  • Buffet lunch and tea/coffee breaks
  • Conference Banquet
  •  

For Student Registration, student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

(a) All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.

(b) Please ensure that the Remitter's (Participant/Author) name, Paper-ID and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.

(c) Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Substitutions or cancellations should be made in writing on or before 6 July 2017. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person's name to secretariat at least two weeks prior to the event start date. No refunds will be made for cancellation or no-show after 6 July 2017.
